1st Race
This past weekend B ran his first 1 K race, and dad did the 10K. Kuenzie and I were the cheerleaders, but were instructed not to cheer to loudly because he would have to run with his hands over his ears and it would slow him down. He did great and actually ran the entire race. Rob did really good to, especially for not training at all.

Brayden's 1st day school!
This last week was Brayden's 1st official day of school! I can't believe summer is over, time is flying by way to fast. Kuenzie had to get in on the action to. She was a little sad when she just got to go to Grandma's for the day and Brayden go to go bye bye somewhere.

Reflections of Motherhood
A friend posted this on facebook the otherday and I thought it was great. Even though they are still little I feel like they are growing up so fast! I feel like it was just the other day that I had brougth them home from the hospital. Even when I found a moment to sleep I would stay up staring at them, they were perfect. I would do it all over again in a heartbeat and not change a thing! Becoming a mother has become my greatest accomplishment, and I will never understand how people can complain about it. It has changed me for the better.

Brunsman/Martinec Family Vacation
We are officially heading to Oregon for the week, after a quick night out with friends at the Sounders Game. I have never been to a Sounders Game so I am really excited, and it will be nice to be with adaults for the evening- thanks Mom and Dad! Then we are off bright and early Sunday morning to go and visit some of our college friends in Portland for a night, and then to the Sand Cabin. Brayden can barley contain himself. I think he has been talking about the sand cabin for an entire year. He loves the beach. Have a great week friends! Pictures will be posted upon our return!

I feel like I have fallen behind on our family posts so decided to compile the last few months into 1 post to get everybody caught up. In WA we finally had a taste of summer and had a few very warm days, the kids have enjoyed the pool in the back yard.

Aunt Boobie turned 27 on August 13th, we went to E9 for dinner. We haven't been there in so long, it was a lot of fun and tasted amazing!

Every other Thursday a few of us girl get together for our dinner club, we have been doing it for about a year now and decided it was time that we started taking some pictures. We try and make the dinners under so many calories per dinner and it has to be a certain color. My color was green. I had made a chilled green soup as well but didn't get pictures. It was pretty good! We also had green chip and homemade guac, asparagus wrapped in prosciutto, and an assortment of veggies with spinach dip. I even found green cauliflower at Metropolitan market. Oh yeah and the most important, MARGARITAS!

Sehmel Park
A few weekends ago the family went to Sehmel Park in Gig Harbor and it was really nice. There was so much for the kids to do, they seemed to really enjoy themselves! They didn't want to leave.
