Quote of the Day

So the quote of the day comes from my daughter. Me and my friend Melissa were sitting around gossiping over a glass of wine at the dinning room table, all of the sudden (I swear out of know where) Kuenzie pulls herself up in a chair between up grabs her juice and says while her head was bobbing back and forth...
"I know! Really!"
Just like she was one of the girls and had been part of the whole conversation from the beginning! Both my jaw and Robs feel wide open, we looked at eachother and said, what did she just say??
Gosh I had a great day!!

Crazy Day!!

I took the day off and we had lots to do and lots of running around to do! Including get the kids 2 and 4 year check ups. I was a little nervous because they both had to get shots. Poor B got 4 shots, he was not happy, and my little girl got 2. Brayden had gained a good amount of weight and is officially 38lbs, the 70th percentile and 75th percentile in height. My daughter on the other hand is only in the 20th percentile in weight at 23lbs. She is my little peanut. Before we left the house I had to take a few pictures because they both looked so cute!!

Silly Faces!

All of the sudden B actually loves his little sister, I am serious, and become a very protective big brother overnight.

HAPPY THURSDAY!

Kids Quote of the Day

Each and every day Rob and I are brought to our knees with some of the things that come out of our kiddos mouth. Sometimes I feel like they are the funniest kids alive and wonder where they get this stuff from. We came up with an idea to start writting down some of their better material so we would never forget. What better place than our family blog! So here it goes quote of the day number 1! While watching the Disney movie Tangled last night, Brayden looked at his father with a disgusted confused look and said.....
"What the heck, why is she singing to herself?"

It was amazing and for those of you that haven't seen it, it is much like an Aladin, or Little Mermaid and there are many times when the main character, Rubunzel, breaks out in song and dance!

The second quote of the day comes from my beautiful daughter Kuenzie, while we were driving into my moms this morning she says....

"Mom turn on the music, I want to listen to some Lady GaGa!"

Apparently she has been hanging out with her father to much:)

Field Trip to Wrights Park

Today we went to Wright Park on a field trip with Brayden's school. At first I thought it was a really random place for a field trip, I had never been there just driven by. But they have cleaned it up a lot and the kids had a blast. They have a huge play area and even a mini water park.

In the middle of the park is a big green house with a fish pond. The flowers were amazing, the kids didn't think so and wanted to go play.

This is Brayden's best friend at school, Preston. They have been in school together for 2 years now and actually share the exact same birthday.
