Brunsman/Martinec Family Vacation

We are officially heading to Oregon for the week, after a quick night out with friends at the Sounders Game. I have never been to a Sounders Game so I am really excited, and it will be nice to be with adaults for the evening- thanks Mom and Dad! Then we are off bright and early Sunday morning to go and visit some of our college friends in Portland for a night, and then to the Sand Cabin. Brayden can barley contain himself. I think he has been talking about the sand cabin for an entire year. He loves the beach. Have a great week friends! Pictures will be posted upon our return!

I feel like I have fallen behind on our family posts so decided to compile the last few months into 1 post to get everybody caught up. In WA we finally had a taste of summer and had a few very warm days, the kids have enjoyed the pool in the back yard.

Aunt Boobie turned 27 on August 13th, we went to E9 for dinner. We haven't been there in so long, it was a lot of fun and tasted amazing!

Every other Thursday a few of us girl get together for our dinner club, we have been doing it for about a year now and decided it was time that we started taking some pictures. We try and make the dinners under so many calories per dinner and it has to be a certain color. My color was green. I had made a chilled green soup as well but didn't get pictures. It was pretty good! We also had green chip and homemade guac, asparagus wrapped in prosciutto, and an assortment of veggies with spinach dip. I even found green cauliflower at Metropolitan market. Oh yeah and the most important, MARGARITAS!

More pool fun!!

My dad had his 60th Birthday party in July and they combined it with a house warming. It was a great day and the kids had a lot of fun!

A few weeks ago we went to Emerald Downs to check out the Budweiser horses. While there the kids got to get their faces painted, pet some horses, and ride on a pony. It was a good day.

Sehmel Park

A few weekends ago the family went to Sehmel Park in Gig Harbor and it was really nice. There was so much for the kids to do, they seemed to really enjoy themselves! They didn't want to leave.
