Thank You Aunt Kathleen!

Aunt Kathleen, we wanted to Thank You for the cards, the kids were very excited to open them. Especially Brayden, he has been saving his pennies for a motorcycle. Little does he know he may be saving for a long time for two reasons, 1- he has no idea how many pennies that he is going to have to save, and 2- I will never let him own a motorcycle. But it is a really good way to get him to do things for me and it always seems to work. Anyways we really do want to Thank You and Rob wants to hire you as our personal assistant because he doesn't understand how you remember every holiday, birthday, ect. You really are an amazing person!

Halloween

We went trick-or-treating at my Grandma Goodwins house. There is always a good turnout and they seriously drop kids off in their neighborhood by the carloads so everybody gets really into it. The kids seemed to really get in to it to this year, they had a blast, or should I say.....
IRON MAN and FOOFA had a great time!

Pumpkin Carving Party!

After our trip to Maris farms, we had a few people over to carve some pumpkins. Though it seemed to turn into the guys watching the fight and drink while the girls carved all the pumpkins. It was a lot of work, now I know how my parents felt every year.

This is Kuenzies BFF Cowboy!
That is Brayden's pumpkin, yes it is huge, and it took me forever.

But Bradyen did help with cleaning it out.

Kuenzie just walked around entertaining us!

See I told you they didn't help!

STILL CARVING!

And these were final products! I think they look fabulous! Kuenzie was already sleeping but hers is the small one by Brayden's feet.

Halloween Cookies!

I had to make cookies for one of Brayden's Halloween parties today. For some reason I decided to get festive and creative with my baking skills and make real Halloween cookies. As many of you I am not a baker- AT ALL! Even when I buy pre-made cookie dough, they don't turn out quite right. So to my surprise and Rob's these one's turned out really good, and cute looking! With a lot of help from my Sous-Chef Brayden, though he seemed to be testing an awful lot on the job, we made Spider Cookies and Witch Hats! (Sorry for the fuzzy pics, I used my camera phone.)

HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!

Maris Farms

We ventured out to Maris farms this Saturday in search of the perfect pumkins. The kids had a great time. We usually go to spooner but decided to try this farm instead there seemed to be a lot more for the kids to do. We also got lucky with the weather and the sun came out for a bit.

Miss K found her pumpin!

B found his. Looks pretty big- that should be a ton of fun to carve!

This was actually Friday night, I had found these glasses at the grocery store and the kids got a kick out of them.
The goat tried to eat her hat.
